Shipping and Returns

Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate sizing information before confirming their order. Once an order is placed, it is considered FINAL.

Order Processing

At GREI STUDIOS, we take pride in creating each item with care and precision. Our per-order items are carefully crafted within an average timeframe of 10 to 20 business days. During busy periods, this might extend up to 28 business days. Shipping within the UAE is AED 35, and AED 210 to GCC countries. All delivery charges include VAT. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. In case of failure to receive the items from the courier, delivery rescheduling charges may apply.

GREI STUDIOS currently ships within the UAE and to GCC countries only. Shipments within the UAE are delivered by FedEx, and orders to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia by DHL. We may use an alternative courier where necessary. Upon order placement and processing, you will be notified by email with your shipping tracking number to trace your package’s delivery at your convenience. Shipping duration depends on the item(s) ordered, usually it gets delivered within 14 to 28 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. In case of failure to receive the items from the courier, delivery rescheduling charges may apply.

For all GCC orders, the customer assumes responsibility for all custom/import charges applicable to their country. GREI STUDIOS is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. GREI STUDIOS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 14 to 28 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Prices and delivery charges include UAE VAT. They do not include import taxes or customs duties in the destination country. If the value of your order exceeds the duty-free limit in your market, extra fees may be applied upon delivery. GREI STUDIOS does not compensate for these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

Exchanges and Refunds

At GREI STUDIOS, your satisfaction with our products is our primary concern. While we genuinely hope you're happy with your purchase, it's important to understand that once you've confirmed your order, we can't promise to agree to requests for exchanges, or refunds. These requests will be thoughtfully considered, taking availability and our team's judgment into account.

Alterations

We understand that there are times when you might want to make adjustments. If you'd like changes such as shorter sleeves or shorter garment length, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assess the feasibility based on our available resources. Just remember that if any changes are made, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs, and the specifics will be coordinated with the shipping company on your end.
