Please check your measurements carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any item.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, email info@greistudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will review it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Alterations
Alteration to your length can be selected on the product page when you order. If you would like further changes after delivery, such as shorter sleeves or a shorter length, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will assess whether it is possible. Alterations can shorten a piece but never lengthen it. Shipping costs for alterations after delivery are the customer's responsibility.
