Shipping policy

Delivery times
Ready-to-wear pieces are delivered within 1 week of your order. Ready-to-wear pieces with alteration are delivered within 2 weeks. Pre-order pieces, made to your measurements, are delivered within 3 weeks. During busy periods this may take longer. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Where we ship
GREI STUDIOS ships within the UAE and to GCC countries only: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Orders within the UAE are delivered by FedEx, and GCC orders by DHL. We may use an alternative courier where necessary. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery charges
Delivery is AED 35 within the UAE and AED 210 to GCC countries. Prices and delivery charges include UAE VAT. They do not include import taxes or customs duties in the destination country. For GCC orders, any customs and import charges are the customer's responsibility. If your order exceeds the duty-free limit in your country, extra fees may be charged on delivery, and GREI STUDIOS does not compensate for these. Your local customs office can advise.

Missed deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, rescheduling charges may apply. GREI STUDIOS is not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal authorities.
